"Started in 2009, during the bad times for financial services corporations. Was promised career advancement, great bonus and project pay (overtime for special times of the year). Lies, that is the only way to describe it. If you enjoy a salary in the mid 50's and just want to come in, be stressed and over worked, but leave and not worry about work afterwards, then this may be the place for you. Oh yeah expect raises to be average inflation minus 1% for meets expectations and maybe average inflation for all else."

"I've worked with Schwab since March of 2014 as a contractor. The experience and exposure I received to their network was a very excellent learning experience and many of the network engineers were very helpful in answering any and all question.Management was a different story. The management teak seems very distant from the team when it came to important matter of being over worked. The management team was not very good in regards to budget and accounting, which resulted in many contractor jobs being cut.Overall being a FTE for Schwab is good, with the exception of being over worked, but I would not recommend working with Schwab at a contract capacity."
