"Schwab is a great place to work. As a large corporation, sometimes you may feel as though your voice isn't heard. With any large company, this may be the case. I think it's challenging when new initiatives are rolled out by executives and it trickles down and people feel like they weren't considered in the decision making. The people you work with are great, however. My team at Schwab was full of great people from different walks of life, all with a great personality. I built strong personal relationships with my team and we found different things in common that we were always able to share and talk about. My manager and lead were great as well. They took the time to learn about and connect with us."
