"Nothing, we relocated! I truly miss the work environment there."

"Nothing, keep up the great work! They actually have a new CEO that I have not met due to the move to Florida."

What do you like about working at UCLA Health System?
"I get to work with a diverse population. Because it is a county facility I encounter people that have very little access to quality preventative care and I enjoy being able to provide them with the resources for that preventative care. It's a population that is often left uncared for."

"Use it as a learning experience, but burnout rates are very high here."
What don't you like about working at UCLA Health System?
"There are very limited resources for staff to provide adequate care and room for growth is very limited because of budget."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Involve the staff nurses in the decisions made regarding patient care. The individuals providing the care normally have a better handle on what is needed in the unit. Encourage change and progression instead of stifling it."

"It was close to home, making commuting easy year round."

"No, as I am told that this company is in the process of laying off nurses."
What don't you like about working at Chilton Hospital?
"Boarding of patients in the ER when beds were available on nursing units made ER work very difficult."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Change the culture of the nursing department, to require nursing units take admissions within one hour of admission instead of being allowed to indefinitely delay taking admitted patients!"

"Not enough autonomy. Would love to see management allow tallent of employees to be utilized on a larger scale."

"Allow for employees opinions for time management improvements. Pos changes in division of labor. Too much overlap."

"has been in care of jails for 5 years,never a raise and then promised raises one year and never received raise,then wanted to cut salaries.left hand does not what right hand is doing.Very disorganized,ignores problems,sweeps problems under the rug,one supervisor will tell employee to do something,another higher supervisor will say don't do it..401 k is a big joke."
