"This company has Nurses Union hospital dues; you are protected but frequently cancelled. You'll need to have a second job to supplement your income because of cancellations."

What don't you like about working at Chapman Medical Center?

"Frequent cancellations, hiring new staff then cancels more, CNO not effective does not care about quality of care for patients as cancelations of staff are frequent, or staff are taken out of their home unit and floated to other units, leaving the home unit lacking help, ultimately affecting quality of care."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Need to have quality care then provide complete staff always. It is part of the budget. Reveal monthly budget activities. BE HONEST to employees and cooperation will be built."
