"Be yourself. The company is great, the upper management team needs a reality check. Other than this one issue this is a great company."

"The micro management from the VP of Marketing."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look for a new VP of Marketing and allow the other managers the freedom to think outside the box without having to prove every idea and concept to the VP of Marketing."
