What do you like about working at Champps Americana?

"The concepts had a great kitchen but no real structure at the store level, the GM was promoted to GM and fired, very drinking way of thinking, if you did not drink together you were a outsider, most all of the employee's came from the same concept that closed down and if you were not with them you were a outsider, not structure in the way the operation was ran."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"open the line of talking to each other and the hour/way that people are treated by the management staff"
