"I've worked at Chamberlain for about a year and a half. It's a great company over all. They offer an excellent work environment and promote employee health. Chamberlain really cares about its people. The thing that's not-so-great is that Chamberlain is still figuring out how to be a software company. That can cause frustration for those that want to be able to work quickly and efficiently."

What do you like about working at Chamberlain Manufacturing?

"I really do not know Corparate in IL. Only 3 employees here in MA. employees here in MA. They have been trying to sell complex since 1999 but hazardous waste issues stop any sale."

"Best advice I could give is be prepared to work in a dark, lonely complex. There is no room for advancement"

What don't you like about working at Chamberlain Manufacturing?

"No leadership basicly job entales keeping a former military bomb mill standing. Built 1919"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Not really as Corporate hasn't visited the complex in 10 years. Just collects rent of over 1.5 mil a year. They own such companies as Churchhill downs, masterlock, chamberlian garage doors and at least 20 other companies around the world."

"Low pay, cut hours, due to paying bills for my elderly grandmother and sick mother."

"The students, I loved working with them."

"Be prepared to work hard, to experience kids that are extremely challenged by social, emotional and behavioral issues."

"The management, they didn't seem very passionate about the work they were doing. There seemed to be a lot of burn-out amoung the staff clinicians."

"I think there could have been more positive support for the clinical staff."
