"Wilmington did not always get top new releases which adversely affect sales."

"Make sure that Wilmington receives the top new releases and open the Wilmington Drive-In."

"I liked that I was consulted with about changes in pricing and that my suggestions were used. That I had the oppurtunity to control our in-store advertisements."

What don't you like about working at Chakeres Cinemas?

"That purchasing small office supplies, such as buying rubber bands, were a problem. That they stopped sending us P&L reports. That they eliminated profit sharing. That negativity was spreading throughtout the company, along with complacency."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest that seats with cupholders were placed in their major cinemas."
