"For staff, dress as if ready to work. For management, have at least 2 years experience in the trenches at another restaurant and some management experience as well."

"Unpredictable hours, many nights and weekends away from the family, unpredictable income."

"The Management needs to focus more on internal growth instead of hiring management from external sources."
