"Company is like any CRO. Fast paced and many expectations."
"Employee morale is low in this company. There is no motivational strategies set by the company whatsoever. The atmosphere is in dire need of a boost, some sort of company activity or party, or anything that would let the employees interact and get to know one another. Due to the heavy workload and deadlines, people are so busy all the time and forgot what life outside work is. It would really do us good if the company would plan something for the employees."
