Cerence Employee

"I worked there as a contractor for a period of 8 months. I found that people are very nice and caring in helping others and on the onboarding process. Everybody was very hardworking and serious in completing the tasks at hand, and given the strict deadlines, we managed to complete them quite before deadlines."

Principal Systems Engineer

"Cerence was created as a split-off from the Nuance Auto division. As such, it was an opportunity to build the infrastructure from the ground up without the baggage of legacy hardware/software. The engineering and infrastructure teams are great, as I've known them from the 9 years I worked at Nuance. The company had only been running for ~7 months at the time of my departure when the Covid-19 situation forced company-wide adjustments. However, in that time frame, the people and technology being developed were outstanding and I was happy to be a part of this evolution."
