"I worked for Century-National Insurance from 2006 until 2013. My relationship with my direct supervisor was superb. If not for her, I may not have stayed with the company for so many years. My experience there was average. My main complaint was that I didn't receive a review for several years due to attendance, so I had no way to know how well or poorly I was doing from Management's perspective."
