"Be honest and don't expect a warm corporate culture that will embrace you. It is a big company and it feel as such, especially lately."

"There is a severe lack of advancement opportunities. We have also gone through a lot of mergers and aquisitions that has fragmented the company and muddied the corporate culture to a point where I think we lack an internal identity."

"Invest in your human capital and the bottom line will follow, but it does not work the other way around."

"No Work from Home when needed. in that way emnployee can manage his work and home."

"Long commute to work. In the state of Louisiana with no positions available in California, my native state."

"Its a large company so there's lots of structure around the work environment."

"They bought out the company I was working at and really cut back the level of fringe benefits, which reduced morale quite a bit."

"You need to work with your employees more than making them go to workshops to explain the company culture. That kind of thing reduces morale."

"little opportunity to improve compensation; IT department is quite bureaucratic"

"reducing bureaucracy in many ways including decentralizing control, award achievement rather than punishing mistakes, use agile processes for small and non-critical projects, treat people management more as an art than a science"
