"I have worked for Century since August of 2017. The company was struggling at that point and was putting a lot of importance on the position I was applying for as well as the promise of growth in the company. Since then our department has experienced mandatory overtime and staff shortages while the rest of the company has not. Recently in was confirmed that management has been intentionally blocking internal transfers and promotions I was on the receiving end of one of those blocks."
"I'd love to learn new things, so I worked for this company. I was trained A to Z, handling files and answering phone calls. I was supposed to go back to school to earn a broker license some time later."
