"This could be one of the best companies to work for if you live in Hickory. However, getting paid for the work you do is lacking. Raises are very minimal and probably don't keep up with the cost of living.. especially when the health insurance costs keep going up. So if you negotiate your salary from the beginning, I suggest you go big because that's all you really get."
