What do you like about working at Century Box?
"Some of the people were great but for the others, for example they hire a lot of temp workers that really do not care what they are doing and also do what ever they want to."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you work on 2nd shift do not be on salary, make sure you are on the clock.I was working 48 plus hours and only being paid for 40. I was getting screwed."
What don't you like about working at Century Box?
"Well my contract was written to work Monday thru Thursday from 3pm to 1am, I never worked those hours it was more like Monday thru Thursday 3pm to 1am and then on Friday from 3pm to 11pm, I had to manage 2 departments, also work in the prepress department, making plate and mounting them I was never paid properly for managing 2 departments. They also have a major language problem were people do not have a clue of what you want them to do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start treating the people that work there that matter with more respect, don't low ball them until they have had enough and snap, I was the only manager on the second shift. I had to watch the whole building and lock down at night"
