What suggestions do you have for management?
"Care about your people and stop treating them as children to be watched and scolded. The owner uses his managers to degrade and abuse his employees. That beautiful building is just a facade for the horror within. They will do anything inside of legal to make a profit."

"The lack of team work and communication. Everyone is on different pages, and if something happens their quick to throw you under the bus!"
