"The company is in a rather unique position. Their primary sales are too much larger companies, but their niche is in custom and lower volume production. This creates a lot of difficulties, as organic growth is minimal and new customers are relatively low potential. This creates an environment of little change and cost-oriented decisions. As such, it may only be a long term solution for management and a select number of production associates willing to brave being next to an oven during summers."
