"I worked for Central Service Association from July 2011 to October 2014. CSA is a not-for-profit distributor of in-house software which manages employee and financial information for their various utility partners. CSA is based out of Tupelo, MS, but has partner utilities in many of the southeastern states. They employ well over 100 people, and have many different departments, such as customer service, billing, marketing, and IT."
