"I was hired as Plant Manager to improve manufacturing. The company had many manufacturing problems. I was able to develop excellent relationships with the hourly employees, and included them in helping to determine the major problems and getting their input to solve the problems. They had never been included before, and were just told what to do. We made significant progress. The company was owned by an investment group. They were able to obtain a buyer and decided to sell the business."
"The company was poorly operated and had many issues. I was hired to come up with ways to reduce cost and improve productivity. I developed an overall assessment and provided recommended ways to significantly improve the operation. Rather then implement these improvements, the Investment Group that owned this company made a decision to sell the operation."
