"I have worked for COMC for three years. I have seen executive staff come and go. It is my opinion that the one thing that this company struggles the most with is micromanagement. Unfortunately, that has not changed in the three years I have been here. This is a shame because I have watched some good employees leave due to the unnecessary stress caused by not feeling as though they could perform their job without being told how to do so, without the chance to take ownership of it."
