Central Hudson Gas & Electric Employee

"I have worked many places in my career & Central Hudson was by far the most toxic, exploitative, unhealthy work environment I’ve ever experienced. Advancement is based on favoritism and 1st line Supervisors are expected to do the job of many while working excessive hours every week (nights, weekends, on-call 24/7). The salary was good, but the unrealistic expectations made it not worth it at all. Additionally, the raises are well below the rate of inflation; equating to less pay each year. Definitely steer clear of this employer."
