"All you have to do is show up to stay employed."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Don't bother dressing up! Come wearing your ripped jeans, flip-flops, sweatshirts or baseball caps or your T-Shirt advertising your favorite bar. It doesn't matter....they will hire you regardless."

What don't you like about working at Center Partners?

"The leadership team is incompetant. They hire their friends and family members. Several of the operations managers have had personal relationships with their employees. Human resources is a joke. They consistantly lose paperwork. I filed an sexual harrasment claim against another employee at one point and filled out all the paperwork for it and then several months later had to go back into HR and do it again when another employee filed a complaint against the same person and HR could not find my paperwork."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire people who know what they are doing."
