It is a great organization to work for nevertheless the academic nature of the organization limits my abilities to perform at the best of my abilities. It was a perfect position while I was completing master's degree and now it is the time for me take a leading role to utilize my extensive experience at a company which could provide such environment. I will be more productive for such a company."
