"I've been working at ARIC as of 2012. I was able to connect with wonderful people there and enhanced both my technical skill sets, as well as my positive attitude in my work. I was able to meet with actual clients and be able to sit down with them and deliver what was requested of them, this has thought me a lot, because being able to communicate and have an understanding of what the client is looking for in their product I believe is major part in the life cycle of a project."

"The work environment and the employees are great, however the ability to move forward on projects and tasks can sometimes be slowed by red tape and permissions. All it needs is a way to open up further communication and allow for further development of any job given they are within bounds."
