"This company does not appreciate their employees, they exhibit discrimination, and exempt employees are worked 60 plus hours every week. When interviewed you are not told this rather you are told a 40 hour work week and no weekends. This is not so. Lack of training is very prominent. Management is extremely absent and poor. Some employees without a college degree are treated better and higher paid than those without a college degree. I would never refer anyone to work for this company. They do not offer any perks for the excessive hours that you have to work. Your family time is not considered and if you are a single parent it doesn't matter. Should you not find a sitter for a weekend that you are unexpectedly told on a thursday evening you have to work then its unexcused. 3 of these and you can be terminated. You are not allowed your cell phone to be even on your lap or pocket on silent or vibrate. Again not caring about you and your family members. Horrible place to work. Slavery has returned."
