They want you to work unreasonable hours of overtime without any notice. Management is sneaky and deceptive and the Human Resources manager at Brooksville South is a corrupt puppet to the company! The pay isn’t good for the work you do compare to other cement companies. Just overall a miserable experience everyday to the point you contemplate suicide every day you have to go to work to support your family! I truly believe Cemex invented pain suffering and misery... but not on purpose even I wouldn’t give them that much credit!"
