What do you like about working at Cellular One?

"They paid very well, and the division that I worked for paid for the employees health benefits."

What don't you like about working at Cellular One?

"They gave you marks for using your paid sick days. They also closed the call center down and relocated. Management was inefficient and didn't have the skills necessary for getting the best out of employees. In my opnion this is why the call center closed."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire managers that have the skills to manage a team."
