"The pay needs to be higher, because it is not enough in my opinion for the amount of work that we have to do as resident aides. The owner/boss seems nice upon first meet, but she is not understanding at all. Very high turnover rate for employees. There is always someone getting fired and someone being interviewed for a position when no one has even been fired yet, which proves how cunning she is. She makes the supervisor underneath her do all of the dirty work (firing) for her."
