"The people who worked for te company were all very wellcoming and commited to an open door policy. This was a cononvinient way of pasing by a co-woker's door who is a technical reference and quickly finding out if they could talk about issues they were having."

"People are very frinedly at this company and will value honest and integraty above everything else. The company has an excellent company and business model and is in a solid position now and for the future."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I thought that management was good and that thing ran smoothly within the company. The only thing I would sugest would be to have more performance reviews for young professionals. Either this is another informal way of analyzing the employee's work and making critical sugestions."

"Paperwork, cumbersum work process, stress level, being pushed in to more a admin roll. The amount of work outside my degree field. Smelling like acetone..."

"Do a better job developing the project before handing them over to the project managers. Stream line the work process."

"I liked being able to do all you could do. The chance to be able to contribute to the Safety and well being of the employees."

"You can learn more with an actual interview about a person than you can off a resume. I am way more qualified than my resume shows."

"Let your employees know that they are important to the company. Their Safety and well being is important to Company."
