"More managers than workers. Has not had a full programming staff, ever -- if you walk in and find three nice colleagues, one will be gone by the end of the month. Whoever can leave, does. A typical dev day is two hours of support, one hour loud/unsolicited discussion, one hour Libertarian harangue by CEO, one hour daily status, two hours maintenance of forms, and one hour non-repro bug. The benefits are a joke (apparently Obama's fault), the work soul-crushing. Don't ever fall ill, get stuck in traffic or have personal issues. The pay is OK, but you will lose the will to live."
