"poor pay, poor benefits, poorly managed, management disrepectful of staff, no communication, many broken promises from management, very hostile working conditions."

"less focused on making money and more focused on patient care and treating the staff professionally. Stop the verbal abuse and harrassment. Improve the pay and benefits. Become more ethical."
