"I've worked for this group for over a year and with the organization for almost three years. Most employees are highly intelligent and truly wish to make a difference. Unfortunately, bureaucracy and politics weigh heavily on decisions rather than logic or expertise. Performance is not rewarded as it is in private industry. You must move up through calculated ladder hops. If that is not possible, doing average work and exceptional work leads to the same salary."

"Realistic expectations, don't blame staff for problems they didn't cause, treat them better, kinder, be sincere and thankful for extra efforts and normal efforts."

"They lied to me, said they were hiring me for a year contract, but they did not have approval to do the project. Had no software or computer for 3 months."

"Retire. You are incompetent and are wasting taxpayer money at an astonishing rate."
