"General superintendent in Orlando, Fl does not believe in working with black people or that they should be successful. I (black male) was employed with them and he fabricated a bunch of lies in order to have me fired, which the presidents did not even talk to me about before or after I was fired, so to this day I have no clue why, apart from the false accusations. I wrote a letter asking for answers but to this day no response from either of the presidents. As I moved on and started applying for jobs, they are telling future employers not to hire me based on lies that they could never prove. They will say whatever they think you want to hear until their project is finished, you start questioning them or they have no more use for you, then just kick you to the curb without a valid reason. They are not a good company if you want stability and growth. The management is selfish and two-faced and the owners allow and support this as they believe in them wholeheartedly. If you want a quick buck you can work for them but get out when your project is almost finished otherwise they will kick you out and tell you they don't have any other jobs. They would rather hire someone white, less qualified and pay more to be management than the opposite. Working for CCK sucks especially if you are not buddy buddy with them!"
