"I worked for Cathy’s Concepts for a little over a year, and initially, I loved the laidback atmosphere and the ability to work independently. I also enjoyed working with my coworkers. However, as business dropped off during the year, so did the full-time hours, as well as any respect for the employees. When we ran out of work, which was often, supervisors would micromanage and consistently monitor everything we did. There’s no room for raises or job advancement. My coworkers and I eventually lost motivation and slowly began to seek out other places of employment."
