"Turnover is very high, okay pay. Benefits are good but the bosses are new and don’t leave the offices. Not much training for the new hires, and they move you to different areas during training. Some people need more training and don’t get it. The union doesn’t do much. Not good communication. If I was younger I would say get a job you can like."
"I worked for the Catholic Health System for 14 years and enjoyed all my time there because of the great people and recognition of the value of the worker. Compensation was not based on performance, but efforts were made to adjust for cost of living increases. Personal time off was adequate and opportunities to learn new things came from time to time. It's a good place to work in my opinion and in the opinion of many who work there."
