"Remember that they do NOT participate in UNEMPLOYMENT and that they WILL lay you off!!!! Regardless of Christian Stewardship, they are a business."

"Poor to NO follow up my my immediate Director. I ad 5 managers in the 4 years I was there. Only one manager had a clue as to what I did and how I did it. My last manager (the 5th) was the worst."

"Action. Work smarter. Apply set rules with checks and balances in place."

"I learned a great deal about Finance and Budget monitoring."

"The job they offered did not match my expectations in terms of pay."

"They should put all of their financial data in one software application rather than multiple software applications like they do."

"how closely everyone worked with one another and supported each other, and how fast we grew within the practice because everyone worked together."

"The pay. It's a non profit and as much I as loved working there it was not enough for me to pay bills."

"Listen to staff complaints to improve the quality of patient treatment."
