"I have worked for Cathexis for almost 2 years and the turnover is staggering as the owner learns how to run a business. He will be successful one day but he really struggles with interfacing and understanding his people. This partly due to his early trusting of some very greedy people that didn't care about the company or growth, just a quick buck."
