"nothing it was absolutely terrible. felt like I was constantly being watched."

"don't do it. it's a waste of your time and you should find somewhere else."

"everything. the director was a micromanager who expected everyone to do her work for her."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"get rid of the director who does nothing and takes credit for everyone else's work."

"Go back to school and relearn the position they were hired to do. And let those below you grow from what you have taught don't push them down."

"It was an overall friendly atmosphere. A job you looked forward to going to in the morning. It was fast paced and I was always learning new things and gaining experience in the field."
