"The partners here are nice, but they have no clue what their middle managers are doing. There is a department of third rate account people against the back windows who treat other staff very badly and mismanage the process. Some of the creative team is talented, and that is what makes the agency survive. Technology is an ongoing problem because the Internet and phones are constantly going down and the company won't spend money on the tools people need to work. The desks are really uncomfortable with people stepping over each other to try and get to the bathroom. You will work about 2 feet from the person next to you and about 6 inches from the person behind you. We wouldn't mind this if there wasn't some poorly trained tool of an account person making impossible timelines and creating triple work because they are unable to manage their clients. The partners hide out in their offices and don't interact with the staff or have a clue how bad it is."
