HR afraid of the bullies so they hide behind paperwork and ignore the issues. Same with CEO! I guess they want scared minions who are too lazy or stupid to work elsewhere that they can abuse. The smart and hard-working are going elsewhere! People are encouraged to backstab for job security!"

"Surroundings are terrific if anyone ever had time to enjoy them. Certain positions have much more opportunity to benefit from the company's offerings than others. Support staff are not treated as if they are valued compared to the other teams, which tend to get rewarded in abundance.
