"The part I like best is the opportunity to interact with the clients I work with. I am the Project Manager for the second largest revenue generating client in our facility. They are also an international company. I truly enjoy the challenge of dealing with the project teams in both countries."

"Read and fully understand the job being considered. Often there will be additional responsibilities that one will be asked to absorb."

What don't you like about working at Catalent?

"Often the the processes are not flexible enough to meet the demands of the larger clients. Large companies frequently have unexpected situations arise that require effort outside of the norm."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Remember that the employees are the core of the sucess of the company. Secondly, empower others to make and execute decisions based on their experience and knowledge."
