"Was once the best, is now the worst. The leadership at this hospital has seemed to have purged their best and brightest, replacing them with inexperienced, egotistical, clueless and not well qualified people. If you choose to work here, be sure to have very good liability insurance. The practice has quickly deteriorated from historically excellent care, to in 2017 unsafe and scary. The administration is too preoccupied with appeasing childish and neglectful staff, and sound care is out the window. For example, staff favored by leadership commonly on cellular phones and social media while ignoring sick patients. Multiple extramarital affairs amongst favored staff and disappearing during work hours that cause neglectful care, and these disappearers are promoted to positions vital to patient safety. Nepotism by clueless leaders has become rampant throughout this hospital. No decent, ethical caregiver can thrive well here. The culture is too focused on the social aspect and not upon patient care and safety."
"Responsible for implementation and support of CIS projects."
