"The freedom to get my work done. The culture of the company is truly magnificent. I have my own office to excel and create progress and development of a new start up."

"Be yourself. Management and anyone interviewing you, can always sense lies and embellishments. I am the front line for Castle Insurance, and I easily smell out someone lying. Be comfortable in who you are as a person and employee."
What don't you like about working at Castle Bank?
"I dislike the size of the company, I am a very social person, and the lack of a true in house team at times is saddening."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"None at this point. I am amazed by their talents and have truly learned something great everyday. The Management, counting myself are truly an open door kind of team."
