Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Many employees are long timers, lifers, who are creative, talented, and would give you the shirt off their backs. I need to move for my health and will miss many good things about this company. Anyone looking for a stepping-stone should skip over this company because good work is only appreciated by the worker bees and promotions from within are rare."
What don't you like about working at Cassidian Communications?
"Financial gain should not be the primary factor for EVERY decision in business. As employees we haven't gotten raises in several years now, but we stay, or at least when we leave it isn't to get more money."
