"Great people inside the company at the store level, and most customers are great too. The job demand and respect from corporate vs the compensation is not worth it. Stores are held together with scotch tape and bandaids. While corporate brags about how big they are and how well their stock as are, they never seem to have enough money when assets need replaced or repaired. Be prepared to play the game of favorites if you want to go anywhere within this company."

"I've worked for Cash America for almost 7 years and have gotten the chance to implement a new POS/Retail application. I really enjoy the people I work with and the environment/location are great. There is good potential for promotions here and if you prove yourself, you feel welcome and want to stay for a long time. The work here can be stressful but management will work with you in order to help balance life. I would recommend working at Cash America to anyone that I come into contact with."
