"Can only speak for the site I worked which was Dolet Hills. Management was horrible two faced liars that had little knowledge of real word construction processes. I pray I never become broke enough to work for them again."

"Take leadership classes and construction practice courses learn to be straight up with people that can be assets instead of wondering why no one wants to work for you."

"They liked you to be skilled in as many aspects of construction as possible."

"Nothing. They had a great team in place and had a vision for the company."

"the atmosphere and people I am able to work with daily, I also really enjoy construction and being a part of something that takes a team effort to complete."

"Well it used to feel like a family atmosphere and is the reason that I came back to Casey after 7 years."

"Get everything in writing (concerning company vehicles and a specific bonus structure). Make sure this is what you want."

"No management organization. People in positions that they are not qualified to be in. High turnover rate for management. Not caring for the individual. Treated more like a number now than in 2001. Not holding subcontractors accountable for their project scope of work."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Hire the right people the first time. Have a business plan and a construction plan before beginning work. Allow the people that were hired for specific positions to do their jobs. Senior management should delegate."
