Submit a Review"I love helping our veterans with their VA claims, it is very gratifying to help others, and especially those who have served for our freedom. What I hate about being a case coordinator is that management does not have anything but the bottom dollar on their minds, and the lies that they would tell the veteran and our clients in order to get their business, but when the referrals come we are unable to handle the workload, and the employees get the blame."

"no talking, no phones ringing, no email, 15 min (EXACTLY) pee break in am and pm. 45 min (EXACTLY) for lunch. everyone acts like a zombie robot. no smiling."

"To be ready for hard, fast paced work with little to no supervision."

"This position needs more support from the department director - dealing with problem clients."

"To add another Case Coordinator position - there is too many clients to supervise (it is difficult to manage 200+ clients as well as 60+ employees)"
