"I enjoyed my coworkers and I enjoyed the two days of the month that I entered payroll."

"Great company to work for if you are not looking for growth opportunity."

What don't you like about working at Casco Industries?

"After the first 6 months, I only worked 3 hours a day, the other 5 hours I would not have anything else to do. This excludes the twice a month payroll, which I was busy all day and loved it."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"To separate duties as needed, employees that cannot finish their work should have less responsibilities and those tasks should be awarded to the employees that are looking to be more challenged."

"Simply to totally commit to the opportunity and good things will unfold professionally and personnally."

"The vulnerability to competition from off-shore companies due to the low capitalization."

"To explore other products in similar markets and examine some innovative employee wage incentives."

"When I could, I liked working on projects independently. However, I am also skilled in working as a team and takes skilled coordination."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Yes, note that it is a very relaxed environment and not very professional. You are going to hear the f bomb dropped here and there, as well, as possibly spoken down to in the times of stress. If you have a tough skin, then this environment is for you."

What don't you like about working at Casco Industries?

"The environment was not very professional and there were daily HR Handbook violations conducted from fellow staff members. I believe this was due to being in a contractor's office. I wasn't comfortable with it."

"To act more like management - professional and take a more positive approach when in a leadership position."

"Casco encourages career advancement and they taught all areas of architecture. Mr. Tutino was a wonderful boss."
