"I worked for Casco Contractors for 6 years. In the beginning, I felt a part of the team and the opportunities for growth and development were endless. They have had growing pains in recent years, and have brought on new leadership that has changed the dynamic and culture of the company."

"I have worked with Casco for the past 3 years and learned more than I think anybody has in this field, in such a short time. I considered going to grad school to get my construction degree but then realized that all the hands on experiences I encountered during my 3 years made up for a lot of what I would have learned. I always felt like I could go to anybody to learn something or when I needed help. I highly recommend this job to anyone looking for a place to learn."
