Pros: When you're on assignment the benefits are great! Travel, meals, and transportation are paid for and you get a wide range of experience in different roles at a wide range of hotels. The pay is weekly and can sometimes be really good.
Cons: Sporatic job assignments cause for instability in income, experience, and work/life balance. When assignments are offered you are expected to drop everything and go at the discretion of Carver's client. No employee benefits, health insurance or PTO.
